Our Story

I'm Steven Nenzel, and I founded Rock-It Surfaces to do one thing well: deliver custom countertops that fit perfectly, look exceptional, and cost less than the big chains.

I've been fabricating and installing countertops in San Diego County for over 20 years. In that time, I've helped thousands of homeowners navigate one of the most confusing purchases in a remodel—and I've built a team and facility equipped to handle every part of the process in-house.

Our San Marcos shop runs digital Proliner templating, a CNC bridge saw, and CNC machining centers. Every job flows through our own hands—from the first measurement to final installation. No subcontractors. No handoffs. One company, fully accountable.

We work with quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, and Dekton across North County and greater San Diego County.
